Our experienced toy librarians have a wealth of knowledge. If you have any questions or suggestions about what toys to borrow or anything to do with the the toy library, ask a librarian next time you're in the Toy Library or email us at 

Our Committee

The Karori Toy Library is managed by a Committee of volunteers who manage the finances, apply for grant funding, employ our librarians, maintain toys and do all the other work needed to keep the Toy Library running. The Committee meets every six weeks during term time. The Annual General Meeting is open to all members. AGM details and dates are announced by email and on our Facebook page.

We are always on the look out for Committee members, including key governance roles such as co-ordinator, treasurer and secretary. We also welcome help with buying and fixing toys, fundraising, social media, and events. No formal experience is needed to be on the Committee - you can share your existing skills, or we can train you up in an area you'd like to gain experience in.
